Important Information
- •Bookings made within 30 days of the trip have a 24-hour grace period for full refunds
- •Bookings made more than 30 days before the trip have a 7-day cooling-off period for full refunds
- •The cooling-off period starts from the time of booking confirmation
- •Fees & Taxes (13.6%) cover payment processing, customer support, and platform maintenance
- •All refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- •Cancellation times are calculated based on the check-in date and time specified in your booking
- •If a host cancels or rejects your booking, you will always receive a full refund
How to Cancel Your Booking
Log In to Your Account
Access your HireMyMotorhome account dashboard
Go to Your Bookings
Navigate to "My Trips" to view your active bookings
Select Booking to Cancel
Click on the booking you wish to cancel and select "Cancel Booking"
Review Refund Amount
Check the refund amount based on the cancellation policy
Confirm Cancellation
Confirm your cancellation. You'll receive an email confirmation
